Vudoos Win Championship!!!

Jim Schwanda and his merry band of Vudoos put a spell on their opponents in the playoffs and turned that magic into a Patriot League title. Holding on to the 5th seed in the Summer playoff tourney may not be how Vegas saw it going down but the Vudoo were unphased. In round one the Vudoos took down the always difficult OOFF 4-2 on the back of a pair of goals by Jason Stitt. The Semifinal v the one seed Flat Tire was one for the Patriot league history books. The Vudoos took the game 2-1 and overcame Flat Tire tying the game in the third. Jason Stitt again was the hero, scoring the game winner in double OT. Stitt cemented the playoff MVP by scoring 3 times in the 6-4 win over the Hooligans in the final. Joe Liuzzi and Tom Godon also scored in the final. Zack Godon was impressive in net during the playoff run earning an impressive 2.33 GAA and 3 Wins.
