Vudoos Ransack The Clinic Club

The Vudoos and The Clinic Club played to a close finish last time, which resulted in a 6-5 Vudoos win. This one would begin with a pair of early goals by Mike Cenatiempo, Jr. who would put his stamp on the game with as much guile as Captain Jim Schwanda could have hoped. Mike Jr. would continue his prolific start with an assist to the Stephen Pavoni, after Jr.'s dazzling moves. Now 3-0 Vudoos, they would continue their onslaught with Rob Coffman's low wrister, and with Pavoni unassisted. The Vudoos would keep going and up it to 6-0 with Tom "Godzilla" Godon when he split The Clinic Club D and went high, going into the first intermission after executing a perfect gameplan. In the second period, more Vudoos goals would come when Michael "Big Mike" Cenatiempo, Sr. would go bar down, then when Godzilla would assist Pavoni's hat trick goal, and when Big Mike would add another. The Clinic Club would finally get on the board when Scott Hanan would lead Kyle "The Arsonist" Argent in on a breakaway, on which Argent would utilize his dekes and backhand up and in. One more The Clinic Club goal would come in the form of Boris Zamolodchikov from Greg Aguele and Jacob Karagoz, but that would be all they would get in what was a 9-2 Vudoos win.

The Stateside Tap + Tavern Man of the Match Award was won by Mike Cenatiempo (3G), Mike Cenatiempo, Jr. (2G, 1A), and Tom "Godzilla" Godon (1G, 2A).
