Massive Vudoos Second Period Sees Out Win

The Vudoos peeled off an early lead through a dangle by James Woods-Corwin, but Jason Fischbach matched that from Chris Taormina. The second period would begin all square, but the Vudoos would outscore the Archers by five (6-1) here, starting with Mark Schwanda. Ahead by a goal, Tom "Godzilla" Godon, then would go up three with Woods-Corwin from Tom Thrun and Kurt Seidel. John Rosalie scored from Will "The Wild Card" Dimock, Captain Gary Len from The Wild Card, Fischbach for the Archers, then Seidel from Mark Schwanda and Rosalie would just about put it out of reach as the Vudoos would go into the third period in front by five. Pete Sztankovits from Ben "King Ghidorah" Ghiano for the Archers' next goal, but any hopes of coming back were gutted when Woods-Corwin completed his hat trick. Mark Schwanda was assisted by The Wild Card, Fischbach scored the next two to finish with four goals, but the Vudoos would win 9-5.

James Woods-Corwin (3G), Mark Schwanda (2G, 1A), and Will "The Wild Card" Dimock won the Buffalo Wild Wings Man of the Match Award.
