Balanced Offense Leads Vudoo to 6-3 Win

Kurt Seidel scored from Mark Schwanda and Ray Ziesse before James Woods-Corwin increased Vudoo's lead to 2-0. Christian Larrabee and Nick Graham were able to level it at 2-2, but Graham's high sticking penalty meant the Rink Rats would go shorthanded. Jim Schwanda's power play goal put the Vudoo in front, which was followed by Ziesse receiving a Woods-Corwin pass and increasing his team's lead to 4-2. Mark Schwanda scored his first of the night, and Seidel scored another with Mark Schwanda assisting another. Now 6-2, Graham got the Rink Rats to down 6-3, but that would be as close as they would get. The final action on the scoresheet was a late Nate Adams hook, as the Vudoo took all three points.

The Hockey Haus Man of the Match Award was won by Mark Schwanda, with one goal and two assists.
