Archers Shut out Vudoo

This was the second to last game for each team, but both knew their seeding; the Vudoo would finish sixth, and the Archers would finish seventh. With the two, three, and four seeds still undecided, neither team knew their first round opponent, but they did know that going into the playoffs with momentum would be key.

Archers captain Jason Fischbach scored with help from Josh Sumoski and Dean Moakler, giving his team a 1-0 lead. With 1:50 remaining in the first, Adam "Manhandle" Crandall made it 2-0, and the Archers were right on target going into the second.

In the second, Crandall got another from Gabe Berrios and Sumoski, for a 3-0 lead.

In the third, Fischbach scored another, then Moakler was assisted by Ben Gregory, the cap on a 5-0 Archers win.

Mike Davison won the Man of the Match Award for his shutout, with honorable mention to Adam Crandall and Jason Fischbach (each with 2G).
