Woods-Corwin's Four-Goal Performance Too Much for Archers

James Woods-Corwin got the Vudoo off to a great start, scoring a minute into the game. He would then add another goal later in the period, and Tom Godon followed up to make it 3-0 going into the second period. A minute and a half into the second, Woods-Corwin scored again. Ray Ziesse made it 5-0 two minutes afterwards, and halfway through the period, Woods-Corwin completed a hat trick as the Vudoo were running away with this game, now up 6-0. With five minutes to go in the second, the Archers finally got on the board with a goal by Jason Fischbach, but they would need a huge comeback in the third to avoid a loss.

One minute into the third period, Gary Len crushed the Archers' hopes of building upon Fischbach's goal as he made it 7-1. Dan Scerra increased the lead to seven with about seven minutes to go. Fischbach would add a pair of late goals to wrap up a hat trick of his own and make the final score look a little better, but the Vudoo would take the victory in this one by the final of 8-3.
