Len's Hat Trick Helps Vudoos Win Fourth Straight

The Vudoo were looking to stay unbeaten to keep pace with the Rats in this game, while the Biohazards were hoping to get back above .500 to move up to third place. Greg Ternlund scored a minute and a half into the game to put the Biohazards p, but Will Dimock tied the game two minutes later. Near the end of the first, captain Gary Len put the Vudoo on top, but Larry "The Canadian Guy" St. Denis evened the score.

Mark Schwanda scored in the opening minute of the second to put the Vudoo back on top, and Len followed up to make it 4-2. St. Denis scored again later on, but Len completed a hat trick 21 seconds later to preserve the two goal advantage, and Dimock scored again, sending the Vudoo into the third with a 6-3 lead.

Tom Godon added to the lead four and a half minutes into the third, but St. Denis finished off a hat trick to keep the Biohazards within three. Mark Schwanda scored shortly afterwards, but Chris Ypsilantis canceled that goal out. The Biohazards were keeping pace, but they were running out of time as there were now only three minutes remaining. They were unable to score any further goals, but yielded one more to Godon who put the final at 9-5 Vudoo. The Biohazards look to bounce back against the Pterodactyls, and the Vudoo have a huge game coming up as they take on the Rats head-to-head for the first time, in which the winner will stand alone at the top of the standings.
