MacLean and Macks Two Goals Exterminates the Rink Rats

The Vudoos needed a strong start to the game and Brian MacLean delivered at 11:38 on a break away, giving the Vudoos a 1-0 lead. Nick Graham responded late in the period on the power play to tie the game at one before the teams skated to the locker rooms.

Pat Mack got his named penciled onto the score sheet just thirty seconds into the second period and gave the Vudoos the 2-1 advantage. Gary Len posted a goal seven and a half minutes later to pull the Vudoos to a two goal lead. At 4:12 George Dimock lit the lamp and the Vudoo left the second period behind with a three goal lead in their back pockets.

Mack started the third much like he started the second, by scoring early and giving the Vudoo a lead of 5-1. Vincent Falcicchio scored with under ten minutes left to play to bring the lead down to 5-2. There was still time left for the Rink Rats to mount a comeback but it was dwindling quickly. With four minutes left of the clock MacLean put the game way with a rocket of a shot and the Vudoos took a decisive 6-2 victory and their third in a row.
